Huge, huge shoutout to Ingmar Steen for creating rockbase just yesterday. It’s a super fast tool (in Rust) for building a Rockbox db on your computer, instead of waiting for your music player to slowly creep through its filesystem with its tiny little CPU.

If someone else said this, I’d call it audiophile nonsense, but I’ve been listening to music on my 5th gen iPod with the SD card mod, and it just sounds better than my phone.

I call this a bit, because horses. It’s like a tweet!
